Make Cyrodiil Great Again (updated all content to cp 160!)

I love Cyrodiil content, and with the town captures, it'll be even more fun, but why is everything in Cyrodiil still cp 140? It would be great to gain more gold, experience, and even updated loot drops if all the content from delves, to dolmens, to those pesky bandits you come across on the map to be updated, just as the rest of the game has been. Is this coming to One Tamriel?

Most likely, yes. From what we think we know of One Tamriel, everything will be Level 50 CP 160.

That would mean guards would get a major buff too, about which I have mixed feelings these days. Solo players can make a significant difference in the war by pressuring resources behind enemy lines, but if guards get buffed to cp160, they'll make resources extremely daunting.

Keep defenses would also become easier than they already are with the recent siege buffs, and that just seems unnecessary.

The pve content in Cyrodiil is not the region's focus. While updating the delves and mobs and stuff away from keeps and resources to cp160 would be nice, I can't get behind buffing the guards. Also, updating the delves and such is unnecessary for PvP, so I also can't get behind ZOS spending resources on that right now. There are bigger balance issues at hand.

To suggest that Cyrodiil would be "made great again" just by upping all this stuff to cp160 is incorrect.
