How is grouping STILL not fixed?

Nothing was fixed with that 10 hour downtime yesterday. Group finder still not working and grouping is still bugged (I just experienced it again a few minutes ago).
I submitted a bug report, as if that matters.
This is getting extremely annoying. The new DLC is dungeons and you can't use the dungeon finder. I mean wtf is that? I have to stand around capital cities spamming chat like it's 1999.
Totally unacceptable. Every other fairly modern MMO has a working group finder. Some include complex matchmaking. All of them work. Wtf ZOS. This is so damned annoying I might have to take another extended break and wait until it's fixed. Come on.

✭Yeah... I'm beginning to question the wisdom of starting a DPS character, when I have a perfectly good tank that gets snapped up in seconds.
I feel like a market vendor yelling about the price and quality of my goods, while everyone around me is louder and more confident.
"Get yer DPS 'ere! Quality DPS! Best value in town! Buy two pledges and get a random for free! DPS 'ere!"

Side note is Gina (or Jessica?) ✭For what it's worth, the group finder used to work exceptionally well before this update. As a DPS I could find groups within minutes. Now I cannot for 1 hour, with several dungeons selected at once.
I wholeheartedly agree - this function should work and be a high priority.1 -

lord_dal✭✭✭perhaps the should make the grouping tool a crown store item, then they would care about fixing it, something they have not done since launch, or well, they get it working for a week or so, then after maintenance its broken again, atleast it worked fine for a month or so now, just have to wait a few months for it to work again now^^0

Really annoying.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.

✭It's really tempting to look into writing a 3rd party addon to replace the group finder, but I just don't have the inclination to spend the time on it.0 -

If it's not the 'one of your members does not have that DLC message' it's the grouping tool itself. two players stormed off tonight in frustration saying they were going back to WoW and GW2. Others have shared similar sentiments. Can't say I blame them.
I wonder if the group finder just cannot process searching for people with right dlc compatibility. it was iffy before the update. They add two dungeons and it's dead.0 -

for me it worked great even with the new dungeons, had a wait time of a few min to an hour as dps, thats fine imo, but after they had the issue with ppl getting disconnected/unable to log in again, after that its broken for me, and havent been grouped while using it once, even when in que for hours0 -
