Quite possibly a lot of work is done to maintain variety. .. shield spamming got boring didn't it..think about it.

It is against Forum rules to 'name and shame' people, especially the developers so expect this thread to be locked, and for good reason. We, as players, don't know what goes on behind the scenes and how decisions are ultimately made or how they even come about... so putting all the blame on one person is just wrong.

I really think he was someone who was victim to the mDK lords that ruled until 1.5 because of the way he has treated the class

We all do mistakes but when staff asks for feedback and then constantly ignores most of really good suggestions by players in this community it feels like they are walking in the wrong direction and unfortunately the recent changes and implementations show this very clearly.

However, decisions are made in a team not by a single person and if you don't listen you will eventually surrounded by a community that have nothing more to say.

It's not enough when passionated and helpful community managers like @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_KaiSchober are always here. Devs have always been an enrichment to the ESO community as well, so where the heck is everybody?

And how about you @ZOS_MattFiror , do you actually know how many fans and followers you have since your pioneering PvP with RvR in DAOC with @ZOS_BrianWheeler and other colleagues at mythic entertainment? You know this community is not always about opinions on bugs and features, it's about trust. I only can speak for my self but I am certain that thousands of players miss and appreciate the time when Devs were more close to a community.

Even a tiny /lurk from @ZOS_RichLambert in the past was a sign that you guys are here.
That's all I am asking for, please show more presence and interest on player feedbacks.
