Question about sacraments and DB motif

Does the chance for a motif page to drop, increase if you do more objectives within the sacrament instance?

✭✭✭✭✭I think you get a chapter only if you complete all the objectives. I don't remember if it is a chance or a gurantee if you complete the objectives.
For sure you don't get one if you don't complete them. I usually don't get out before the overseer shows up (one time I did, but I was seen), but complete all other objectives and I never got a chapter. Or, RNG just hates me.

✭✭I completed all of the objectives my last run and didn't get a page, so I guess it's a chance to get one upon full completions. Unlike heists which I find easier, so it's annoying to say the least.-

✭✭✭Don't think we will get an answer to this from ZOS most %'s in games seem highly guarded secrets.
I assume the blue(met all objectives) container would have better chances than the green(met some objectives) container. I think there are no more than the two possibilities though, either you meet all the objectives or you may as well just rush in kill the one guy and rush out which is what I end up doing on 7 out of 9 characters.
