Well, I don't know who to contact, as no in-game category of the bug-report system seems to fit the crowns, so I prefer to ask here whether people would know...

I have bought some crowns today because of the special QuakeCon sale, and usually, crowns immediately appear on my account. Yet this time, they didn't. I initially thought their servers were maybe a bit loaded because of the sale, but it has been more than half an hour now, and I still don't see my crowns credited, so it gets me quite worried, since it never happened before. This is especially embarrassing, since I spent more than usual due to the sale. :/

I can show the receipts I got by mail, but the point is, I don't know with whom I should get in touch.

    Which platform are you on?

    NA PC server is currently down (and has been for about half an hour), so it's possible it might be linked to that. If not, raise a support ticket.

    I am on EU PC. How can I raise a support ticket? I never had to do this before.

    Same issue here. I'm also affected by the 'Login timeout' issue that's currently being investigated, so maybe they're related.

    Well, I raised a ticket in-game, under the category 'Items'. I am not sure it was the right place, but "problem with a character", "problem with a quest" and "report a player" are all less suited. There was no "problem with my account" category.

    I got some immediate but automatic answer about the impossibility to restore erroneously dismantled items, so I answered by sending them a .pdf copy of my receipts, and a screenshot where it is visible I have only 200 Crowns. We'll see. It's getting me nervous. :/

    With the NA server down i suspect these things are connected. It will likely be resolved soonish.

    If you have receipts this should be fine. Mine have taken hours to appear before.

    Oh ok. Thanks for this, I was kind of freaking out inside... I have never had this issue before, they always appeared immediately upon buying.
