No nodes when I try to harvest crafting scrip maps

I'm sure it wasn't intentional. But I did get one doing it at level 10 today. But I'd never been in there and was curious. It was a great bonus

Let me guess, you are using Lost Treasure add-on?
Sometimes, it shows mark at wrong place. In new patch reality. In that case, check the map from inventory.

Lost Treasure's latest update fixes this. Their previous update flipped the locations of the red X's on the maps.

In the process of "fixing" bugs and exploits ZOS manages to always break something else. When this happens to me I simply leave the radius of the nodes and come back or at most relog and the nodes appear.

I had this problem, too. But it turns out that it was an add-on problem, not a survey problem. I was using the Lost Treasure add-on and it was pointing me to the wrong location.

There used to be a minor issue with Survey maps, that when going to the correct location, the nodes would not always show up. Just go some distance away and then come back, the nodes eventually appear (if you are in the right spot). It has been more than a year since I have done any crafting writs tho, so I don't know if the game still works the same way.

It was "Lost Treasure" addon.

It is now fixed.

This has happened me on two occasions on PS4 also. It was a clothier survey and an alchemy survey. The surveys disappeared from my inventory but the nodes were never there. As i was looting many surveys a guildie told me to re-log and they may show up, so i did and it worked, but i could never get back the lost survey's.
