Free CP switching

Since the economy in this game is god awful, can't it be free to switch cp specs for PVP and PVE so I don't need to blow 3k gold i dont have just to fully optimize my dps. Something like 2 saved options to switch between for 2 different rolls, whether those are for pvp, pve, or both pve and pvp, amirite tamriel? heh?

They already do it. 3k gold is not much if it wins you a tournament where the first prize is 1,000,000 gold.
