So as you all know, Craglorn has quite a large number of group quests that can be run daily. Most of the quests are actually a lot of fun (spellscar and skyreach in particular), but no one's actually running any of these quests. The main reason being, the quest rewards are absolutely worthless. All we get for our efforts in running them is a crappy CP110 green piece of gear, so the incentive to run these quests is non-existent.

For the amount of time and effort required to run these dailies, I reckon ZOS should tweak the rewards so that we get, at minimum, a CP160 purple set piece to make it worth our while. Or better yet, make Craglorn a battle-levelled area just like Wrothgar so that any player of any level can go to Craglorn to do the quests, with quest rewards being scaled to the individual player's level of course.

By allowing players of any level to quest in Craglorn, it would solve the problem of there being no-one in the area to group with and would simultaneously make the dailies worth running. It would also help out those players who are still trying to finish the main Craglorn storyline, but can't find anyone to group with to help them finish the storyline.
