    The consensus seems to be Khajit for PvE, Bosmer for PvP, and Redguard all-around. All three can really do some damage. Imperial can sometimes be thrown into the mix, because of the melee dmg passive.

    Pose that question to the magicka types, and there won't be any confusion: high elf is best. Stamina gets so much love.

    Editted: accidentally had khajit and bosmer swapped. now correct.

    Redguards are the best all around for PVP AND PVE because of the Adrenaline Rush passive this put them as the top race for stamina.Khajit is only good in PVE because impen makes their crit passive not as useful.
