Molten Armaments and possibly morphs not applying Minor Brutality.

I was about to go test out a maelstrom bow I just got with the decisive trait on it when I noticed that molten armaments isn't applying minor brutality as well as major brutality (as it should since it's from the earthen heart skill line). Anyone from ZOS can provide an ETA when it'll be fixed? @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom your voices are needed.
