I usually don't spend much in Crown Store, 2 mounts (not the Disco senche) and 2 char slots and thats it.
Only time I was thinking to buy something expensive was the Xivkin 5 k books but since IC is my second home it wasn't necessary either.

Now I bought crowns on sale just in case they add something cool soon.
I would pretty much regret not having bought crowns before then.

I would have been completely on board with more reasonable pricing for these new race/name etc...changes. but to charge close or more than the cost of a dlc is just prohibitive for most people. DAOC did /charactercopy for free to other servers 1x per account. $20 for each additional. And that was a decade ago.

But that is why they price the way they do, because when you buy them with discounted Crowns, you're only paying 40% of the listed price. So when they do pricing, they figure a very significant number are buying with Crowns they bought on sale. It always amazes me when people complain about the pricing, then refuse to buy Crowns when they're on sale, only to complain again about prices next time a major item comes out. Hence the reason I stocked up this time around... I'd been saving just to splurge on Crowns, and 15 @ 5500 packs is definitely splurging.

26K atm. I'm hoarding Crowns for when player housing is released. I figure they'll charge Crowns for a house, furniture, trophy cases, etc.

So you've spent $359.85 in the last week on Crowns?

It looks that way, and my Billing History doesn't lie. But you also have to keep in mind, I tend to create/delete a lot of characters and I don't like playing without upgrading mounts, inventory, plus constantly running XP Scrolls. So I tend to go through a LOT of Crowns.

Bought two packs then bought all DLC except SotH which I already had. Good deal for all of them. Still have 7k left for mounts and whatnot.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom See, more people wanting the Sep Adder pet!!! You never had this much demand for a re-colored Nixad or another mammal of which we have an abundance of choices now... but NO unique snake pet.

So that's what it's called, Sep Adder? Have you read the story about the little girl that runs off to hatch a dragon's egg and it turns out to be a little winged snake? "Well, you're just as good as a dragon," she says. So adorable!! I think I read the book in one of the mansions you break in to for the thieves guild quests.
