MY experience with customer support teams is - if you ask nicely you will get a reponse - just be human and do not treat the support team like they would be the devil, this really helps.

@Lord_Wrath I am sorry but I have to agree with @Lysette here. I have had several different problems since I play the game and except for known bugs that were going to he fixed in future updates, customer service has always helped me.

This has been my experience as well. Amazing how treating people like people gets such great results. :P I think my only complaint regarding customer support is that I've had so much need of it since re-subscribing. The interactions, though, have always been pleasant and satisfactorily resolved.

Yes... I work at a hotel and I have to deal with people all the time and I will always react better to someone who is being polite to me than someone who is rude.
In the end, the person who is behind the desk/computer/window/whatever has the power to decide and solve your issue, and if you're being rude with them... well, in my case, I hope they enjoy the smallest room with worse views
