Developer Team - changes and future

Hello there ZOS,

I expect this thread to get locked, for no good reason really, but I have to ask, as I think it's only fair for us players to know.
Apparently there have been some changes in the developer team, and I, and I think a lot of other people would like to know the replacements for the people that left ZOS and plans for the future.

I know these very important people are gone Paul Sage (Creative Director), Maria Aliprando (deigner for the champ. system and monster combat), Nick Konkle (Lead Gameplay Designer).
There are more, but...

I can't help it but see the game hasn't been doing so great in terms of stability lately, I mean there's about to be the 3rd downtime (PC) this week, party finder hasn't been working as it should in the past few months, and many new bugs surfaced over the months and hasn't been fixed yet. Using simple logic, I deduced changes in staff might be at fault here.

Could you please share your oninion on my deduction and possible plans to solve this with us?
I think a lot of people would feel much less disheartened by the recent unpleasant events if they knew there was a solid plan behind ESO.

Thank you & regards,
Random Player.

Honestly, it just seems like they don't care. Small mistakes that lead to bigger, worse mistakes keep happening.

It's like writing papers and NEVER spell checking. It seems like NOTHING is tested. If things were tested, or tested well, players wouldn't be reporting so many issues.

Apart from obvious and inexcusable bugs that get reported on PTS and don't get addressed in time, they say that Live environment is different from one on PTS, that's why there's always so much downtime after every major patch drops.

Don't know if it's a legit excuse, but it's something that's been brought up by both Jessica and Gina.
Skye Cloude - Sorc DPS, Master Crafter. Main, the bestest
Lae Lenne - Templar Healer Trial grade.
Dromede - Stamina Nightblade, she's a newb and doesn't know what she's doing
V'oghatta - Stamplar pretending to be a tank
Ulville Thonvella - aspiring Fire Mage, be careful around her fire sticks!
Dromedaris - lost and not found. Named after a shoe, what else can you expect from her? A proper tank in her wildest dreams
Swims-Naked - too pretty to grind, too silly to quest.
Sun Flair - Dunmer Templar that can't spell for life. To bad she's too broke to afford a name change... Well, at least she's pretty...

Of course they are different, because the PTS does not have to handle tens of thousands of people at the same time like the live server has - so the whole setup is less complex.

This is a dev blog from EVE developers explaining what went wrong with such a patch when it was moving from the test environment to the live server - it explains in detail what they did and what went wrong - things like this can happen and can be hard to find sometimes.

    https://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/behind-the-scenes-of-a-long-eve-online-downtime/

Sometimes I wish, ZOS would be as transparent as CCP is with such things.

If it was legit, ALL MMOs would say it and actually have those problems ? Yet, they don't ?

Really we do it without like, the musical instruments. This is the only musical: the mouth. And hopefully the brain attached to the mouth. Right? The brain, more important than the mouth, is the brain. The brain is much more important.
