Someone PLEASE help me. ZOS-side software issues?

I cannot play the game. At all. I tried to download the update 11 patch and got Error 210 "PatchManifestError_DownloadFail". So I tried to repair it. It didn't work.
So I tried to re-download the entire bleeding game because not a single website told me how to fix my corrupted data problem. For some reason, it took me 48+ hours, 3 calls to my internet provider, and 1 new internet plan just to get this game again.
And it STILL doesn't work. I get it all downloaded, all applied, and up pops Error 210 "PatchManifestError_DownloadFail". I tried the Support site yet again. I downloaded the file that is meant to BE the patch manifest or whatever. And it STILL won't work.
And neither does the Support site! I can't even log in on that thing, the bleeding Log In button doesn't work. Neither does hitting 'enter'.
I'm not throwing hate at ZOS or it's employees, this isn't their fault. They didn't intentionally give me corrupted data. I just want some help. I need help from someone who knows how to fix/download/give me my bleeding game back.

Garldeen✭✭✭✭I had that yesterday, too. I'm currently on my 3rd redownload of the game in as many days. Like you, I went through all the 'helpful' guides on the topic and nothing seemed to work. In the forum search, there are a lot of posts about this so perhaps either a fix or a proper guide to fixing would be good. Instead, we get neither.
If it fails again then that will be me done with the game, I think.0 -
Garldeen✭✭✭✭Oh, someone is having a laugh now...got down to the last 8gb and my Sky broadband went offline. It came back on and when it restarted eso installer I got the same message, clicked repair and it is now starting again at 40gb
