Cancelling ESO Plus (UK)

This is very naughty that you are not able to cancel ESO plus on the console anymore. You have to phone 0203 538 2665 and select option 2 to have Sony do it for you.
It should not be auto renew without asking you first. Secondly, it should appear in the services list or playstation subscriptions section on the console so that it can be cancelled. This is no longer the case and is unacceptable.
You should not have to phone Sony to cancel it.

✭You don't have to cancel. Just uncheck the auto-wallet refund option and make sure you have no funds in your wallet. Cut them off at the source
