Can jewelry drop from AA and HEL RA normal mode ?

I came to hel ra and AA normal mode and no one looted jewelry (new sets or ophidian/aether) whereas in sanctum it was dropping often.

Did you guys notice the same thing or was it just bad luck ?

Yes, but only in purple. Veteran drops gold, vet hardmode drops 2 gold.
