The Green, Blue and Purple fish you get you can only sell, no filleting them.

White ones, I did not even know you could sell them, but I never tried. I guess there is nothing stopping you from selling them. Although I would imagine you would get more selling the un-filleted fish in the guild stores.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

You fillet the fish. I always thought it was acquired by the actual fishing. Just like Salmon Roe.

I sold them un-filleted to a general merchant for a bit of gold. They don't sell for much but had I known...

Put the fish in a quick slot and click . It will fillet the fish and give a one bazillion chance of perfect roe .

    a) 1-2 roes out of 2.000 fishs? That would be 0,1%-0,2%
    b) 1-2% roes from 2.000 fish would be 20-40 roes.
What did you try to express here? a or b? Or something else?

It is pretty low. I find I get about 2 per 100 filleted. A guildie seems to have the magic touch and sends me hers to sell since she's solely an rp'r and doesn't use a trade guild. Sends me like 6 off of a stack.

It's B. I recently went through about 7,000+ fish. It's about 1%. Sometimes the RNG is extra generous. Sometimes it's not.

Yes, she seems to have the magic touch, I think the chance is less than 1% - I can be happy if I find 1 in 200 filleted fish. Very rarely I had 2 - so my guess is, it is below 0.7% even.

Supposedly that was fixed in the DLC patch on PC, look for it soon on consoles.
