Highest possible weapon damage?

So I was thinking whats the highest possible, without any exploits.
Maybe:
2 kena
5 alchemist
3 agility all WD
Dual weapons with nirnhoned ( off hand passive) and WD enchants
Templar 6% passive
Medium armour passive
Major and minor brutality
Mundus stone with all divines
All fighter guild passives with abilities
And anything else I might've missed.
So anyone know what it ends up being?

✭There is a better set piece than agility for the damage but I forget the name of it, I see it often in zone chat.

can get 8000 weapon damage on my orc stam sorc with dual maelstrom daggers, and the flurry proc. only works at 8000 weapon damage with single target dot abilities1 -
