Cancel PS4 ESO Plus subscription

Don't play the game as much as I used to, and I'm stop paying out a tenner ever month for plus. I canceled it a while back through PS4 subscription page on the settings on my console, but I went back onto it to do the same, and it's gone.

Has it changed in order to cancel the subscription, or am I missing something? I checked in game to see if there was an option there, but I can't seem to find anything.

Sorry if this has been asked before. Looked through the forum and couldn't find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

    Not at my console now so not 100% but I think its in the services part of the settings, you'll see eso listed, click into this and you'll see eso+ & eso+ game pack(this one i think) you have to click into one of these where you'll see a cancel automatic renewal button if still active. Hope this helps

    See, that's what I meant when I said it's not there anymore. That was the first thing I tired to do. The only thing that is in my PS4 subscriptions is my PSN renewal.

    Pretty darn sure I haven't already canceled it. I did so months back, but re-subscribed before the Theives Guild DLC came out. It says so in game, too, that I'm still an active member, and I'm getting emails every month telling me I've been billed for it.

    Your not gping into subscriptions, you need to go into services list. You'll find it there

    Nope. Nothing in the service list, either. Checked that after I checked my subscriptions.

    You have to phone Sony to cancel it, cannot do it any longer from your PS4.

    The other option is to change your wallet settings to block auto funding the wallet, or ask for your password before funding the wallet - that indirectly stops the auto renew of subscriptions

    Settings> playstation network/account management > account information > services list > elder scrolls > eso plus(game pack) > turn off auto-renew

    If your list is empty try logging out of psn and back in again. Ive heard of people finding that list empty
