What class build does the most damage in pvp?

I want to make a powerful character. When I get killed as usual in Cyrodiil, I look at the recap, and see that templars do massive amounts of damage. I am a DK stam tank, so it's pretty impressive. So what build do most damage templars use?

That's a very general question. You can't answer this in a way that is really correct.

I'd say certain players are the most deadly in PvP.

Would rather 1vX a group of 10 PUGs than a group of 3 strong, coordinated players anytime. lol

Stamina Nightblade I think. But actually all stamina builds hit equally hard.
But stamina Nightblade has more potential burst. So yea
