How much of a character's name can you read
Is there a character limit cutoff when reading names or can you read a character's whole name regardless of how long it is
for example, if the name were 17 characters or whatever the cap is, would you only be able to read the 15th letter?

The name plates that you see on characters? I have yet to see anything cut off on the PC, and I see some lengthy account and or character names.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
