@RAGUNAnoOne they changed how they calculate some things.. so it's additive instead of multiplicative I think. Not 100% sure you may want to look into it. Wasn't stealth though, I'm positive it was in the patch notes.

Fixed an issue where percentage bonuses to the same type of stat (Magicka Recovery, Max Magicka, etc.) would stack multiplicatively rather than additively. This will result in some stats changing slightly (generally going down).

ok, no stealth nerf, but a nerf. I just do not get why they allow us to buff our char with race change (from stam altmer dk to stam redguard dk), but then they change the cp buffs calculations.....like WTH???

... although it is guar*** and trials/PvP were balanced around the multiplicative bonuses hence causing issues it did make the gap between races a bit less severe which people wanted so lesson to forum users be careful what you wish for you may get it.

Stacking percentage buffs were incorrectly multiplied.
Example, from gear/cp etc your bonuses for MP regen were 10% + 20% + 30% the old formula would work as such:
1.10% * 1.20% * 1.30% = 71% more regen. Multiplied you were getting a bonus 11% due the multiplicative bonuses.
Now it just adds them so:
10%, 20%, 30% = 60% as it was always intended to be. They never intended for percentage bonuses to get STRONGER as you stack them. This was leading to stat bonuses higher than they wanted so they fixed it.
There should be a trade off, if you want high sustain you should have to sacrifice some dmg or other stats.
