    Yeah because what about the other zones? I've caught the fish in the DLCs too and Craglorn.

    Congrats! I finally convinced myself to go for this as well. I really want those weapons and the challenge is quite nice tbh. I've made to stage 4 so far.

    You got an infused inferno on your first clear? It took me 7 months of grinding to get my 1st... and that didn't even drop for me it came from the weekly with being on it 4 toons for months... you got lucky.

    I still do not have a single Inferno staff.....RNGesus

    Zos probably barred you from getting one. Figured you'd post some vids on farming on vma or something twisted like that.

    Congratulations! I got my first clear just yesterday as well. The challenge and frustration are real, that last boss is no freakin joke. Hundreds of attempts. I've never experienced anything like it, but damn it felt so good to finally kill him. I just stood there in shock for a minute.

    I actually almost finished it the night before as well, as I was only one synergy button push (circle, triangle ps4) away from getting my first clear when I got stunned and died. I'm actually glad I didn't get it then in retrospect though, simply because I don't think I was ready. I played another hour or two then slept that night. Finished it in a little over an hour the next morning and when I finally finished it I felt that I knew it well enough to complete it again much more easily.

    I'll probably do one more clear before the patch then farm it for weapons after we get 100% drop rate.

    Congrats again and good luck farming it in the future.

    I completed it for the first time this week. Got a ring of the hunt. Completed it again today and got a maelstrom resto staff.

    Will probably keep trying everyday until I get a destro staff, 2H, and bow. After that I'm done with it.

    Congrats to the OP! Well done sir!

    I will have to go back for another go... I last gave up on the last boss of the level where you need to get near a post to drive these mad spiders away. I got the last boss down to a sliver of health but was unable to execute before I died & rage quit :P

    I got an infused maul as well. Since I'm going to use it on a stamblade only for the extra weapon damage, I'm going to try to make it work. Should be fine if I readjust my CP alil

    Do you use Critical Rush, my stam blade doesn't use a 2H at all.

    I don't. The weapon damage is what I'm after tho. I have 75ish point in tharmaturge and I only use poison injection. So I'll just move them over to piercing. Should change build all that much

    If you're after the weapon damage only, grab a Weapon Damage enchant and a sharpened Greatsword. No point in using Maelstrom Weapons if you don't actually use the abilities :wink:

    Actually can't wait for that. 10 in blessed straight away....plus VO / IA affects everything. 10 in tumbling and some more resistance = all good.
