    The Maw of Lorkaj had dro-M'Athra, for completing the associated quest (either difficulty) and the Kvatch quest dailies (the one with the Minotaur and the one with the Kvatch Arena) drop two others (Minotaur and Order of the Hour).

    I believe another motif comes from doing the daily DB sacrament quest also. Not sure if the run has to be done perfectly or not though.

    If they are anything like Thieves Guild motifs, you'll have to perform the Black Sacrament quests to the letter.

    I can confirm I did a perfect run and it didn't drop :(

    Same. Didn't get a motif yesterday in spite of a flawless run (no witnesses whatsoever).

    Today I did get a Dark Brotherhood Boots motif, even though 3 out of 5 people spotted me. :T (Otherwise it was a perfect run)

    This is going to be one hell of a grind. I'm probably going to buy them instead once the price drops a bit.

    I opened five boxes rewards from a perfect run and.... nothing sorry :(

    • Dark Brotherhood - Black Sacrament quest rewards (not guaranteed)
    • Order of the Hour - Kvatch Arena world boss daily quest (not guaranteed)
    • Minotaur - Limenauruus world boss daily quest (not guaranteed)
    • Dro-m'Athra - Complete and turn in the quest associated with completing Maw of Lorkhaj
