There was no sale after the DB DLC (I check the prices several times every day). I'm still waiting for one. ✭✭I would expect some sort of sale price during QuakeCon (Aug 4 - 6). Usually all the Bethesda / Zenimax games are heavily discounted on Steam during this time.
I seem to recall buying a Steam copy of ESO on sale even during QuakeCon 2014.0 -

I'm talking about crown prices not game prices.
