I understand why you do "limited time" offers and why you take away old things in order to encourage people to snap them up. Okay, I don't like it, but I get it. What makes NO sense to me is your incredibly slow release schedule of all the things you already have finished and ready to go! THIS costume has been sitting on PTS since Thieves Guild and we still don't have it in the crown store:


WHY? Why are you still sitting on this? Why have you not released the other Imperial costumes instead of just the two lowest priced and simplest ones? You released all three of the "dancing girl" bellydance style outfits at the same time and guess what? I bought them all instantly. So did a lot of people. You have a TON of finished costumes sitting in your vaults that are NOT in the crown store. WHY? Are you for some reason not wanting money?

And then there's the way you put only a fraction of the items from the Style Parlor out when your article here clearly leads people to believe that the NEW hairstyles would be available as well.

Premium Hairstyles, Adornments, & Markings

If you're looking for a little something special for your favorite characters, navigate to the “Style Parlor" category within the Crown Store and peruse the new offerings in the Adornments, Hair Styles, and Markings sections (please note that some selections are gender and/or race restricted).

You can change your character's hair style, adornments, and markings as often as you like using any items purchased, which can be accessed from your Collections menu under the “Appearance" category. These can all be used alongside many of your existing collectibles as well!

These items will vary in pricing, starting from 200 crowns, and we'll continue to add more in the future.

This is a clear indication that these items were intended to be part of THIS update. No wonder people are upset! Now we all assume you'll put out one or two hairstyles every few months and people may have to wait literal years for the ones they wanted to be available.

Meanwhile, we see NPCs wearing costumes and with hairstyles that we really want all over the place but that you will not make available to us. Do you have any idea of how frustrating this is?

What this "release schedule" tells me is that it is very likely that what you have already made and are sitting on is all we are ever going to get. I strongly suspect that you no longer have any artists working on new costumes, adornments or hairstyles and you plan to simply dribble out your current stockpile for the next several years.

If that is not the case then please explain to us, your players who really want to give you money to help support the game what your reasoning is for the current release schedule that is so painfully frustrating to so many of us. Thank you.
