100 AP for Capturing a town?

Especially when the repeatable and Daily quests in towns give 250.

Well, yeah. Defending ticks are good. But capturing a town I feel should give a tad more than 100.

You get defending ticks for defending the town based on the number of player deaths, same as for resource or keep.

It should be low compared to d-ticks. After all, you're just beating on NPCs.

100 tick for an empty town, I think it s quite normal, maybe a little high considering that breakin bricks for half an hour gives you the same amount.
What I think should be reconsidered, is the daily PVP quests, 1k to kill 20 DK? considering that one player kill gives you 1,9k... seems odd to me, 750 to take dragon claw lumber, sure, i m gonna spend my whole morning going alltheway up there for 750 AP, -_-'... yes we took a scroll, hand over the... ah... 750 AP

and what about getting a little less AP, and get a little money (not stealing from other players, more like a reward ), PVE players get 30gold per mob, split in the number of people in the group, why not do something like that in PVP, because it s a real pain in the *** to get money when you do PVP (sure you get the reward of the worthy, 210 gold every 20k AP, and the monthly 6k, but that s not much considering the task)

Personally I think AP for capturing a keep, outpost and resource is very low. It's a shame that those who'd abuse/exploit rewards ruin it for everybody.

I agree and you know if it was much higher that is exactly what would happen, we have keep and resource swapping worse than it is now.

Yeah, you get 100AP for a flag in the Imperial City. I play on PS4, so I can't yet comment on the town capture system, but I'd image there's more to it than capturing an Imperial City flag. Meaning that they shouldn't provide the same AP.

If it works in technically the same way as a keep or resource (and it should, since the Town is considered a type of Keep internally), the amount of AP is based on how long the capture takes and how many players are involved. So 100 AP is presumably the base value when no players are involved and all you need to do is stand on a flag and kill a couple of defenders. As Helgi_Skotina said, that's essentially PvE, so shouldn't reward many AP by itself. I would imagine you'd get a larger AP tick if there were a lot of player defenders that you killed along the way.
