Redguard Stamplar (2.5): Jabsmania or The Harvester?

So, I'm working on my new Redguard Stamplar (2H/Bow currently, level 44-ish) and I'm wondering if I should be going for Jabsmania or The Harvester. Is The Harvester even still up-to-date?

✭I prefer a dw/2h set up. Quick cloaks speed bonus and 20% aoe damage reduction plus the twin blade and blunt passive alone draw me in over bow. I know I'm scraping all range. I'm an in your face Templar anyway.
Poison injection is nice though.1 -

✭One my stamina Templar I'm currently running and loving;
DW - Bow setup
5 Eternal Hunt Body Chest down
2 Mephala
3 Vengance Leech (DW Axes Sharpened - Neck)
3 Agility (Bow - 2 rings)
Which I can easily switch to;
5 Eternal Hunt
5 Skirimisher with DW 4 on Bow
2 Mephala
All well fitted
Skills I move around but DW is usually;
rending slashes - jabs - repentance - Thrown Dagger - Rearming trap - Flawless Dawnbreaker
Bow
Poison Injection - Arrow Barrage - Caltrops - Rune Focus - Vigor - Werewolf
When I run Skirmisher I put werewolf on front bar and load that bar with fighter guild skills and use speed weapon power potions that way you can still proc skirmished in werewolf form.
You could use them same setup with 2H - Bow but you would loose the 2 pieces monster you could go one Bloodspawn for regen, one kena for damage, or one Skoria Mepahala or Bogden for health, or go crazy and one lord warden for restances depending on what you have available.0 -

There is a build called "The Sting" on the forums which is a dual wield/bow Stamplar build. Redguard is recommended for it. This has been updated for shadows of hist but I think it was based on PTS data so may change now that the patch it live.0 -

There is a build called "The Sting" on the forums which is a dual wield/bow Stamplar build. Redguard is recommended for it. This has been updated for shadows of hist but I think it was based on PTS data so may change now that the patch it live.
