So how are we supposed to get dried blood for the assassin league gear???

✭About 25 but just now I got 2 dried blood. Couldn't care about the xp or loot but the blood was the only reason do blade of woe attacks.
So it just look like they reduced the drop chance even more.0 -

✭Well they did remove xp and loot from blade of woe kills so when after 25 kills without a blood drop I figured they had screwed up something too.
But you still get blood, just very rarely.1 -

After all what other reason is there for the random sprees of the killing?

I still get dried blood, at times, from doing the repeatable assassin contracts.. as of yesterday, at least. I think getting the drop is still randomized.0
