Thank you guys for replying. And thank you ZOS for not closing this thread. It was on the line of what is acceptable I suppose, but my intention was not to encourage a banned activity, but to find out how much people think their time and effort into ESO is worth to them. And, as I figured, roughly 2/3rds of people wouldn't part with their toons even if selling their account were allowed. I don't know what my price is exactly, but it's WAY higher than anyone would ever pay. I suspect anyone with more than a couple vet level toons feels the same way.

So thanks for participating in the discussion and thanks for letting the discussion continue.

I have bought everything that's ever been in the Crown store except the black bear pet/mount snd the merchant and the banker. So it is worth a lot.

But then again. It's mine and priceless.

Really love the game but if my account were to disappear tomorrow, I would be sad but would try to find another MMO to play. If I were hacked, I of course would try to retrieve it through customer service. I'm actually getting back into single player games and am enjoying the heck out of Fallout 4 and will purchase No Man's Sky when it launches. Realized that in my MMO focus over the years, I've been neglecting some fine games out there. Played a Walking Dead game a year or so ago and really loved the story and emotional impact.

I'm not really playing with any friends or family so it is rather a sad, solo experience for me. Trying to get hubby to play but he is fully engaged with SWTOR. Sad face. When I've played with friends or have found a guild that really clicks for me, the worth of a game rises significantly.

Whilst i would never sell my account after all the hard work I have put into it I do see myself giving it up in frustration in the near future. ZOS needs to get its act together!

I would only sell it for 500 million at least. Just saying it has some pretty good luck with RNG so it might be worth it to some.
