Malubeth Changes

I was reading through the Malubeth changes and I really don't see much of a nerf. Am I missing something? Do I just not understand the mechanics or am I missing the obvious nerf here?

    Apparently Malubeth was healing from all damage sources and not just the beam and ZoS says the fixed it.

    Ask me they should have also removed the healing boost too.

    They fixed it! There were a lot of problems, but the main bug was that it could heal off of damage that didn't come directly from the beam when it procced. Something strange like that.

    Now it is no longer super OP, but still useful and a decent set.

    Balanced. Finally! :)

    The only issue from this set was the 10K heal procs which these notes claim to have fixed.
    Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.

    How does the proc cooldown work? Does the cooldown start when it's proc's or is it after it's procs and the beam ends or is broken?

    The range nerf is nice.

    I still think malubeth shouldn't proc off dots.

    Though i haven't seen it live yet.

    Which explains why my tank - who does very little damage - never saw any of the giant heals. The range nerf was much needed.

    Two thumbs up to ZOS for the fix.

    Dunno what they did, but didnt affect my DK tank one bit lol. Still tanked 30+ potatoes this morn the same way I did last week. At least the rage tells and QQ river has stopped flowing thank god.
