Race Change Broken?

I'm pretty sure the race change is broken somehow.
When I was a Khajiit my stamina recovery was at 1963, that's with 10% stamina recovery. I changed to Wood Elf to get an additional 11% stamina recovery and it's still at 1963. It should be around 2178 now with me being a Wood Elf. So I basically just wasted 3k crowns. Yay. Refund request here I come.

SiAScORCH✭✭✭✭Of course I put the points into the racial skill line, as it refunded the 9. But my stamina recovery is still the same, my max stamina has increased but not the stamina recovery.

Icarus42✭✭✭I am also having this problem. I changed my race from breton to high elf and my magic recovery is exactly the same as it was before (1603) I put all skill points into the new skill line and nothing. I also reset my skills and applied them again nothing, logged in and out, still missing 9% regen bonus from racial passive.

Nope. It's not even worth 500. I used my crowns that I spent money on for something to better my character. That's not the case here I didn't even get the extra stam regen that I was going for.
I sent in a support ticket asking if they don't fix this within a few days then I requested:
1.) Switch my race back to Khajiit and refund me my 3,000 crowns I spent since I didn't actually get what I was paying for.
2.) If they can't do one, then give me 6,000 crowns so I can change my race back to Khajiit and still have my actual 3,000 crowns to use on something else.1 -

The passives listed are correct, however the stam recovery in my case and the mag recover his in case just isn't working. It has to be a racial passive bug or a bug from using race change. Either way it needs to be addressed.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Zos nerfed stacking of bonuses. Regen is an area hit hard. Basically, we get less from our CP now.

jkolb2030✭✭✭It probably has something to do with how they changed stats from multiplying together to being added together instead.. I believe it was in the patch notes and I believe it affected the regen stats specifically.

Edit: though 755*21%= 913 not 863

After. I checked right before I did the race change.
I may be the only one but the nerfing of characters and and classes is really starting to get rather annoying and I've only been playing since Feb of this year.
Prime Example:
I watched people cry about shield stacking, then I did a bit of searching and found that this was the reason shields were cut in half in PvP area. So they catered to the people crying tears and nerfed the shields from 20 secs to 6 seconds. They could of just simply done that in PvP area instead of all around. An even better idea, instead of doing something that drastic they could or lowered to to 12 seconds, because anywhere in Cyro where you use a shield, it's gone before 6 seconds anyways. Since they nerfed the duration, they should of nerfed the cost of the skill by the same percentage.0
