Seriously. When completing the one time quest the reward is a bag of unidentified gear. Everyone in my party got lvl 1 gear yet we are all max CP so the dungeon was also set to CP 160.
Zos, please let us know when this is fixed.

✭Thanks OP seen several threads on this and zone chat complaints. I'll be holding by purchase of the new DLC until ZOS can fix their ***, that goes for Orcinium and IC as well.

I opened my bag in the dungeon.
The gear that dropped off the bosses were as expected, it is just the bag for completing the one time quest. I expect it is the same for the other dungeon.1
