Do PS4 players get patches after PC players?

Just been playing about a month and haven't seen many patches so just curious. Is it usually PC first and then PS4 and Xbox? I saw people talking about a new update today and was wondering if that is for PC only? If PS4 comes after, how long does it usually take?

✭Straight weekly patches tend to happen one day after the other. But DLC updates...the big downloads like the hist update...hit Pc traditionally about two weeks before consoles.0
