Loot bug in the new dungeon.. Report if you see it, so ZOS will know

So, after killing the new spider boss, I got my reward chest and opened it.. As a CP273 character, I expected some decent loot..When I opened the chest.. I got a lvl 1 ring..

Is it with the same item, or different items? And were you all running Cradle of Shadows, or is this occurring in Ruins of Mazzatun, too? And on what difficulty? What level was the group leader?

I don't know what the others got, but a friend of mine had the same bug, with a different ring.. Same dungeon tho.. I think he ran it on vet.. Mine was normal I think, but lvl 160 enemies.. I think the leader was 280ish

I got the same thing in Mazzatun as well, got a level 1 ice staff with precise. Nice trait on the staff, but lvl 1 lol .

Thanks for the info, folks. We've confirmed this is a bug and are investigating. This is specifically impacting item rewards associated with the Sap and Stone and Silk and Shadow quests.

Yeah, the quest I had the lvl 1 reward from, was one of those given with the new dlc

Is this a one-time reward for doing story quest? Like the pieces of Endurance and Willpower gear you got from story quest of ICP and WGT? Or is this like the chest you get every time you kill, for example, Valkyn Skoria or Lord Warden? In other words, can we just put off doing dungeon story quest until this is fixed? But still get CP160 loot from killing bosses? Or is it not worth doing the new content at all because loot is always junk until this is fixed?

Same here: Amberplasm gloves (yay!), level 1....:'(
Dungeon was set to veteran cp 160. The whole group had over 260 cp's.
I opened the box in the dungeon.
Sent and ingame bugreport as well.

Hi everyone,

There is currently a bug with the rewards you receive for completing the Sap and Stone (Ruins of Mazzatun) and Silk and Shadow (Cradle of Shadows) quests. When you open the Mazzatun Armaments and Cradle of Shadows Armaments, the items you receive out of them are supposed to scale to your character’s level. Currently that is not happening, and items from those caches are spawning at level 1. This issue only impacts the quest reward armaments for the Sap and Stone and Silk and Shadow quests – it does not impact item drops from these two dungeons.

We have identified the issue and are testing a fix. If the fix passes, we are targeting tomorrow to push the hotfix live. If that changes, we’ll let everyone know. Console players: This issue will not be in the console version of Update 11 and Shadows of the Hist.

Until we hotfix this issue, if you have a Mazzatun Armaments or Cradle of Shadows Armaments and have not yet opened it, please wait. If you received a level 1 item after opening a Mazzatun Armaments and Cradle of Shadows Armaments, please contact our Support team. They will provide you with a new Mazzatun Armaments or Cradle of Shadows Armaments after the fix is live. (Please note, it is not possible for us to give you a leveled-up version of the exact level 1 item you already received.)

I contacted customer support about the level 1 items I received for doing both dungeons and was simply given an auto response saying that they do not restore deconstructed or destroyed items...

The box I got from the dungeon was an Amberplasm ring lol, luckily a purple one also dropped from the boss.

Nothing!

If you completed one of these dungeons before the hotfix went live for the armaments, you will be getting a new armament for the quest(s) you completed (for a total of two if you completed both quests.)

One more update: our Support team is actively sending out replacement armaments to all players who completed the Sap and Stone & Silk and Shadows quests before the hotfix yesterday. This is going to take a few days to complete. We'll let everyone know when all replacement armaments have gone out.
