Audio Bugs After Patch

My friend and I have both noticed that several abilities in the game are now causing strange static/crackling sounds after the patch. Some of them I know are messed up are the Redguard stamina restore racial and sorcerer's lightning abilities. Anyone else experiencing this? =/ Would love to get a dev response on this.
