Just decrease the maximum size of a group in PvP. Maybe for Imperial City a size of around 6-8 would be support the soloplay there a lot.
@ZOS_GinaBruno and
@ZOS_BrianWheeler you already decreased the maximum health of the monster s there to support the soloplay more, so this step makes a lot of sense for me.
In Cyrodiil a lot of player suffer under lags. A group of maximum 12-14 players will avoid bigger zerg s with random players. Of course this won't avoid that 30+ppl of a fraction are moving around together but at least for just random (no ts) groups it will be much harder to play coordinated in a zerg.
What do you guys think about this idea?
