I figure I'm going to be spending a lot of time with the revised Trials this week, so I started to ponder upon my past experiences.

You may be able to do 40K+ on a Bloodspawn DPS test, but if you can't keep it up on a moving target, you're going to have a bad time.
No, no... they're not going to give you a res because you may interrupt their DPS parse. The team is not as important as them finishing their rotation. We must respect the rotation. Always.
Thanks to vMOL I now have a healthy wariness of twins.
I don't know who first decided to call it "popcorn" but you've made going to the movies a less enjoyable experience.
Red circles are bad. I know red circles are bad. Yet I just can't seem to stop standing in them... but I don't want anyone else to know this.
I have a Weapon Power Pot drinking problem, and when I started doing hardcore trials I had over 1,000+ Dragonthorn in my crafting bag. At this current point in time, the only difference between my crafting bag and my bank account is that I lack the ability to go negative. But... I would if I could. I would if I could.
My inner voice is constantly screaming "Why aren't you ressing?"
"Don't spread the poison" is apparently some kind of street slang for "group hug".
I've come to believe the developer who designed Vault of Umbrage and decided to put randomly exploding deathshrooms (which almost provide instantaneous death) has a lot of cash involved in Logitech's stock, because that round alone has destroyed more mice and keyboards than anyone would ever want to admit. The 101 Key Genocide is real.
You'll think "This stack of 200 Grand Soul Gems will last forever!'. Then you start trials, and one day you hit a really, REALLY bad team...
You come to the conclusion that Crown Store Repair kits are worth purchasing so everyone else on your team doesn't realize you forgot to repair your armor half way into the Trial. It's like a backup pair of underwear no one has to know about.
Seriously, why aren't they ressing the rest of the team? STOP FREAKIN' DPSING AND... oh. We're all dead now. All of us. Thanks to you. If I had the Death Note...
I will either get Aether pendants or Vicious rings, but never the corresponding parts to the set I need. The RNG knows. And it hates me.
Everybody's computers suck. All of them. Every last one. But only in Sanctum Ophidia.
"DON'T SYNERGIZE ANYTHING" are the three hardest words in the English language when it comes to the Celestial Warrior fight.
If I'm going to have an off day in Trials and look like an idiot it's only going to happen when somebody is streaming live on Twitch.

It's true. This is how most twins fight end in Maw. One person with the wrong color ends up doing a chest bump to somebody else and triggers a chain reaction.

Also, to comment on a point you raised. The Bloodspawn DPS testing people do to see if someone is "worthy" enough to join them trial running. It's a joke. There's a myriad of ways to go about cheesing it, and I find often times than not — those who brag constantly of their Bloodspawn times...? Are the same ones who die a lot, and can't sustain their health nor resources. And expect the healers to sustain them instead 100%. These are also people who often times than not can't clear vMA, and are usually trying to adjust or "correct" someone else's build or rotation. But when I ask them where their Flawless Conqueror or Stormproof is at, they have every excuse in the book. Lol.

- If you have a moving target (boss) in vSO, you need to kick the tank.
- It is actually important to have good dpses stay dpsing, less capable dpses do the ressing.. well if you have too many people dying you need to either kick the healer or the dead dpses since they are doing 0 dps being dead.

But seriously, a whiskey sour or two is perfect drink to sip while respawning after a wipe and going through every four letter combination of names in your head to help calm yourself after wiping. If I'm going to die in vSO, it's going to be to that troll.

People are vicious. They'll die, wait for you to rezz them, then not rezz right after that, but wait for that one moment where the big red circle appears, so that you have to rezz them again.
Healing 2 peeps at once in a 12 men trial is definitely the way to go.
If the Manticora is blowing up the ground below you, make sure to run to your allies.
Whatever set you seek, you'll get it a thousand times in the traits you don't need.
Whatever set you don't seek, you'll get it a thousand times in the traits you need on the sets you actually seek.
Make sure to link Knightmare pieces while saying "damn, I think i'll use it".
Why doesn't the healer keep people alive, rezz and debuff the boss at the same time? What do you mean DDs are supposed to rezz?
Make sure to link every single DPS parse with big numbers. It was absolutely a single target parse. No I don't know what the (+6) on FTC means.
If you're a mag templar, don't forget that your main priority is to Jesus beam the boss while he's at low health, so you can brag that you got the best DPS eva.
I have 13k health, that's more than enough, what was the tank doing?!
"Please wait for poison to dissipate" before Serpent fight. Aaaaaaaaand he started it.
"#1 Spears #2 Rezzes #3 Damage". Stays locked down the whole fight.
"Do you sell your [Ophidian / Infa Aether] piece?"
Make sure to kill the dude right before the Manticora before the tank can get ultimate for his Warhorn.

The people who have the highest dps on bloodspawn generally always stand too far away from Ozara and serpent and never pay attention to "target out of range" and are always the first to cry when you move to get hits in.

If your mates aren't ressing you (assuming you're not licking the floor every 10 seconds) you need to find a decent trials group

I would like to comment on the ressing rage.

I find it very annoying when someone cant dodge a world shaper on serpent, and scream for ress like if other people who actually dodged it, are doing a mistake. Its easy and very doable, to not ever die on serpent.

As a stamina DK, I do have alot of rotations, and if I am in the middle of a rapid strike and are gonna do a dot, im spending those 2 sec on my rotation, before I start ressing. To be fair, I wasnt the one who failed.

When it comes to wanting to dps rather then ress, I agree it is a problem in casual groups or wannabe-tryhard group / guilds. But this isnt the case for everyone. If the group know eachother, they are also fully avare of what a player can do, and dont judge people if their dps are 5k lower one fight.

Also, combat metrics addon instead of ftc, will show your dps the whole fight rather then your accepted ress and last 30 sec of jesus beam. It actually counts your dps if you are dead. It also shows group dps. If someone post ftc dps for one min, and the boss fight lasted for 8 mins, im not even looking at their dps. I dont care about it, its not a valid dps on boss.

Also, calling out where you are dead, as well as the resser calls out who he ress, would save alot of time, so 5 people dont have to stop their dps to look who is getting ressed or not.

I usually notice it most when I'm healing vSO. As a healer, I'm not going to stop to ress, but I see people continue to attack the serpent and ignore the pile of bodies behind them because somebody didn't notice a Magicka Bomb or somebody broke during a Worldshaper earlier and caused a lot of deaths. They'll just sit there, attacking... attacking...

But that's kind of rare. Most of the groups I run with are very on point and know what they're doing, but sometimes you pull in a few new people to fill the ranks and roles, and that's always a risk.

i actually got kicked from raid guild because i did not get ressurected by anyone over 5 or 10? minutes while streaming

instead blaming 11 people for not playing as a team and rezzing a teammate, i got the blame because it became widespread that they care about their dps parse more than actual team-gameplay!

That said...

There's only really the room just after the poison on the ground that breaks my PC in SO. And also the area where the 4x bosses are just before Lord Warden in ICP.

Let's be clear about ressing . Most of the time , if you die , that is your fault . I am not including deaths like color change hugs . BUT this doesn't mean you shouldn't get a res . If your teammates are not ressing , they are making a mistake as well . Best groups do like this : try not to die and res if someone dies . That is it . If you don't res your mate , you deserve to die . Your DPS can be the best in all Tamriel . I don't care . You won't be able to deal more damage in 10 seconds (it takes 5 seconds to res but I assume you are unlucky as hell and it took 10) than that dead guy will do in a minute . Use your brain . Basic math man . Basic math . Didn't even mentioned about the harm of dead people in certain mechanics .
