[Suggestion] Mount of Convenience

Hey, I'd just like to suggest that a Mount of Convenience should be added to the game. By convenience I mean a mount that you can ride across water without being dismounted, and it will also let you harvest resources without being dismounted. I think that this could be done by using a Netch or a Silt Strider, they fly/hover so they should be able to fly/hover over water as well as land, they also has tentacles which they can use to harvest resource nodes for you.
I'm can't possibly be the only one that wants it, and thus I'm fairly certain that quite a lot of us would greatly appreciate it if something like this would be added to the game.

It would kill quite a bit of immersion to do something like this. Also, many nodes are situated near mobs. Unless you had max Stam on the mount you'd get dismounted pretty quickly.
I see why someone might want this, but it's such a "I want it now and I'm inconvenienced" that it's going to get a lot of hate naturally and on a personal level I find the very idea just sort of silly.
But hey, I like that it's an idea I haven't heard lately, so that's cool.1 -
