What's the deal with group finder and raid party?

I'm usually playing in party of 3. Every time we use group finder for dungeon, instead of finding 1 missing person, it throws us in raid party, which results in vote to kick competition every time. Then we have a ban from group finder for like 14 minutes and the process repeats. Why system can't just find the right amount of missing players? It always matches us with another party of 2 or 3. Who the hell thought it was a good idea to code it that way?

✭✭✭✭In before, Ive never had a problem so you must be making your party of 3 wrong.
Anyway from what i have seen this is happening to several people who group find already in a party. The game adds to many people and someone is force booted or they have to kick one.Edited by vyndral13preub18_ESO on August 1, 2016 12:23PM0 -

So if you need a tank, ensure you have 1 healer and 2 DPS. If you have 2 healers or 2 tanks assigned, then the finder will probably fail.0

So if you need a tank, ensure you have 1 healer and 2 DPS. If you have 2 healers or 2 tanks assigned, then the finder will probably fail.
The thing is, I'm a tank, my wife is a healer and my friend is DPS, so all we need is DPS. We all have roles assigned correctly. System always fails to give us 1 extra player =/Edited by Surgee on August 1, 2016 11:58AM0
