If Cyrodill can not handle lag what's gonna happen in pve when all factions join in the same place, city, area or etc?

PvE areas are phased - they have instances - which is kind of load balancing - this is different to a PvP area.

There's no clear basis at this point on which to assume that One Tamriel will make much of a difference. There's no reason why everyone will suddenly want to gather in the same place. For every AD player who wants to visit EP, for example, there'll very likely be an EP player who wants to visit AD. I'm not even sure that many players will want to mess about switching around the whole time, I for one will certainly want to keep leveling my characters through their own alliance areas. For me (and I suspect many others) the real benefit of One Tamriel is the ability to do DLCs before my characters have finished the base game without becoming hugely over-leveled for the remaining base game content.

But in any event, it's a very different situation to Cyrodiil. Players will be spread out and not questing in zergs, for example, and they won't be casting a whole load of AoE effects either. Then, as @Lysette rightly says, there's phasing/instancing.

PVE have way more areas to explore and also alot of places which were underleveled for farming will be good now so people will spread all over them map making every where have people not just below 50 doing quests.

the lag mostly happens when too many people are crammed in one area which will not be the case in one tamriel even the big cities people will mostly still cram in their home alliance city

Well, considering I was locked out of logging into my DK for an entire day on Saturday because she was kicked outta cyro and I'd ported into cyro from Deshaan.

I have no doubt, this will become WAY more common when all 3 alliances are in the same places.

I prefer to avoid Deshaan at all costs now on my EP characters. I go to Stormhaven for my respecs and prefer to shop in Mournhold on my DC to skip the EP lag.

When TO hits though, it'll literally be impossible to skip the lag. It'll be EVERYWHERE. And these forums will become filled with the threads the Alliance War section has been for 2 years now.

No, read what everyone else has already said. One Tamriel will be using phasing/instancing to control populations. Which means it will be entirely possible for you to go to somewhere like mournhold and only find a few people there, and none of your friends as they will be in another phase of it. Each time the area hits its population limit (which could be set as low as 50 players), it will create another separate phase of it. This tech is already in place, but currently the limits are set very high, to around 250 players, but we suspect the limits will be lowered.

If you're using instances as your argument it's a very weak one. Countless times I've been in different instances with friends but the lag is the same.

And don't tell me to read what other's have said, I read what everyone here said and I gave my opinion. As did you. In your sig it clearly states Xbox, if you don't play on PC it's a whole different thing.

You dont have to wait for "One Tamriel". The lag is already very real in pve since DB. (PS4)

I don't know about other places but I am pretty sure that Rawlkkha would become pretty much unplayable.

If it's instanced... surely Wrothgar is right now? Look at what happens there...

I can imagine that certain popular spots will indeed be quite crowded.
Rawl'Kha on a Saturday night will be single digit fps.
