actually i think it would be cool to have option to have a flag like in medieval ages like the bosses in sewers Or to have option for AP to buy a flag and you are able to planted it on the ground giving % bonuses to the area for the X amount of time ?

I vote yes in that Alliance War should get access to special mounts when reaching a certain level, but no special species for them. Perhaps mounts with armor styles that match the motifs, but gryphons and dragons? No, no, no.

That long, rectangular piece of cloth hanging off the sides of that saddle could be used to display our alliance banner or guild banner. A similar piece can be applied to the saddles of any mount.

In the "Options" menu, under "Gameplay", an option can be placed right underneath "Hide Helmets".

It'd be called "Hide Mount Banners", with the options being:
• Yes
• Guild Banner
• Alliance Banner
• Both 1

Dragon/eagle mounts wouldnt be lore friendly... As you might remember from Skyrim, you could only ride dragon if you bend its will with specific shout, and only temporary. There's also Odahviing, but its only possible to ride him once and its a part of the quest. And in general, dragon are sentient being so riding them is like riding an argonian or khajiit.
Also I dont remember tamed giant eagles in TES lore, and I think they've said they are not gonna introduce flying mounts.
But I would like some better looking horses (once I've posted some pictures and suggestions in alliance-styled gear.

But on purely practical grounds, no winged mounts please. People riding horses in town, with their pets trailing after them, make enough mess in town. Imagine having to contend with someone riding a dragon with big flappy wings.

I dont quite understand what type of player these dragon wanting people are. No offense meant but clearly you guys neither follow the lore of the single player games nor have any idea how balance breaking it would be for an open world MMORPG like Eso.

There's 50 alliance levels right? How about for every 10 levels, you get armor for your horse.
And when you reach grand overlord, you get gold armor for your horse + a costume.

Most of them are who I call them "Skyrim Kids". Not saying all of them are, but most of them certainly are.

You can identify a Skyrim Kid by the following:
1 - The only TES they ever played is Skyrim. They ignore the existence of the other games (Skyrim could as well be called "Nords and Dragons: Elves are Evil Edition" for all that they care).
2 - Praise Talos in game, even though we are on the 2nd Era in ESO (lol what is a timeline).
3 - Think dragon mounts need to be added, but get their underwear on a twist if someone mentions unicorns (which, unlike dragons, are lore-friendly to have as mounts).
4 - The only Daedric Prince they can name is Sheogorath. Might be vaguely aware of some tentacle monster that showed up more prominently on a Skyrim DLC. Thinks Sheogorath's character amounts to cheese obsession.
5 - Walk around screaming that elves are evil. Do not know there were more than one Aldmeri Dominion. Think "Altmer" and "Thalmor" are interchangeable terms.
6 - Probably play a Nord DK because NORDS + DRAGONS = SKYRIM BEST GAME EVER RAWR (you are not necessarily a Skyrim Kid just because you play a Nord DK, it is just the most likely race-class combo they would use).

Eagle Mounts - 150,000 crowns.
Lion mounts - 2,500 crowns.

Let people spend that kind of crazy money on the top two mounts, which ZOS can then invest into fixing the game.

Dont think any1 would want to ride a glorified pigeon. And u could only ride dragons in skyrim if u used bend will shout.... so it aint happening.

A big NO for dragon or eagle mounts. and lion mouts... are already there, though more khajiit-ish then DC-ish.

A big YES though for mount heraldry options...
It would be quite neat to have many more options to personalize your mount. With both achievement-unlockable and crown store customization options - and one of those options should be "alliance style" stuff to show your "colors" while riding through cyrodil...

Lore break much? It would destroy the lore which they are not allowed to do by law actually. They signed a contract with bethesda so that they wouldnt do it. Dragons were dead in the 2nd era and were brought back to life in the 4th. So NO dragons.
