Currently the DK banner ultimate shows the flag of your character's alliance.

Will this still be the case in One Tamriel?

    Why would that matter at all?
    You're still picking your alliance at the beginning and starting from that alliance.

    There's been rumors that with One Tamriel there will not longer be "alliances" for the PVE portion of the game, so a lot of people have been speculating on that.
