How far does Razum-Dar go in the story. You do not have to tell me what happens to him, just when he leaves the story line.

    He goes all the way up to Reaper's March in the Aldmeri Dominion storyline.

    Bonus (DLC spoiler ahead!):
    He turns up in the Gold Coast too :).

    Him leaving the story line is a choice the player makes in one of the earlier quests in Reaper's March.
