Horse training timer bug

So I trained my riding at about 1pm yesterday, it's now 12.33 pm, so almost 24 hours.. Yet the timer says I have 19.5 hours left before I can train again.. Being that there is 20 hours between lessons, it tries to make me believe I leveled my riding about half an hour ago, but I didnt.. Anyone seen this bug before??

NovaShadow✭✭✭✭✭I had that bug on one character for over a year, the timer will only decay when you play said character. I mentioned it to ZOS but never heard a thing about it. I deleted that character a long time ago. Never found a fix for it.PC NA - EPHS0
