When we saw the "Mephala's Realm" preview during ESO Live (that was combined with previews of Abah's Landing, Clockwork City, and others), was that leading to this, or is there more of the Spiral Skein to come in the future?

On the PC version do you get this automatically if you have ESO+, or do you have to spend crowns on it?
