Just lost all characters and progression

Just blue screened on ps4 traveling from one wayshrine to another. Came back to the game and all my characters and progression were gone. Said file had been corrupted. I spent at least $500 on this game so far and its all gone.
Needless to say, be wary of wayshrines on ps4 lol. More powerful than molag bal.

check to make sure you didn'r fat finger euro server. this happened once amd it scared the hell outta me
