Yes, yes it is. All night yesterday it was like my character was walking in quick sand or constantly bumping into invisible obstacles.

I would be holding the analogue stick fully forward and my character is moving at a snails pace, like there's some kind of snare on him.

Lol. That's how most EP members are though. I mean, let's be honest here. Cyrodil needs a hero. Especially with EP zerging 9x out of 10. And while I hate Cyrodiil and PVP, I am honestly rooting for that Skoria-wearing vigilante.
