Dual Wield daggers, how it works?

With about 70%crit, 5x hundings rage and 5x viper sets, I use 2 daggers CP160 gold with gold glyphs for poison and disease.
I rarely see a real damage from secondary dagger's enchantment, and also the enchantment pool depletes much slower on this one - maybe a noob question but can the secondary be somehow "forced" to deal damage more often?

Is there some chance for the secondary dagger to use it's enchantment and another chance to make it critical?

Also, I got a screen - which from these values are the damage of the daggers and which the enchantment's?
I guess the lower single value is for the viper's set damage.

Each Duel Wield Enchant procs depending on which arm is used for the heavy or light attack. Both light and heavy attacks only proc one enchant however you have 2 enchant cooldowns you can utalize. You can proc your left hand enhant then proc your right hand enchant after that attack as long as different arms are used.

From my experience, weapon skills always use your main hand enchant. Which is why it depletes faster.

Heavy attacks are also split into two different hits. One for the main hand and one for the off hand. The picture you posted shows this, 1 main hand, 1 off hand, 1 enchant and viper proc.

Believe it or not the 9k value is the Viper proc. Your off hand and enchant both hit for around the same (4.7-4.5k). Then main hand was the 5.8k.

    Thanks a lot, very insightful.
And, obviously, it was a question about heavy attack :).

Interesting question so I did some quick tests on Live. I just created two CP150 swords and enchanted one with a Fire damage enchant and another with a Cold enchant. If you use a combat log add-on like Recount it is easy to see which one fires when.

From what I can see it looks as though which enchant fires is random, or at least the pattern is not immediately obvious.
    • If you heavy attack constantly then the enchants alternate, but I think this is mainly due to the last enchant used still being on a cooldown so there is only one valid enchant to use on each HA.
    • If you light attack constantly then it is sort-of random depending which enchant is on a cool-down or not.
    • If you light attack with 6 or more seconds between each attack then the enchant used appears to be random.
    • In 15 minutes of mostly light/heavy attack testing my main-hand had 467/518 charges left and off-hand 459/518 charges, sort of hinting at a mostly random enchant choice.
    • In 5 minutes of "normal" combat with my Templar (light attacking every 10 secs to build Ultimate) both enchants seemed to be used randomly (511/518 Main-Hand, 510/518 Off-Hand)
    • Update: I tried some Dual-Wield skills and they do proc weapon enchants and it appears as though each skill prefers one enchant or the other, even if the preferred enchant is cooling down sometimes. Twin Slashes only seems to proc the off-hand while Whirlwind, Flurry and Hidden Blade only proc the main-hand. If the preferred enchant is cooling down the skills will sometimes seem to proc the alternate enchantment but not all the time. This would explain why the main-hand enchantment seems to be used up more quickly.

So I'm unsure why the main-hand weapon seems to use its charges more than the off-hand. Perhaps there is a small favor to use the main-hand enchant over the off-hand or some skills just proc the main-hand enchant. Do any skills actually proc weapon enchants other than Light/Heavy attacks (answer is Yes, the weapon skills seem to proc enchantments from a preferred hand).
