What's the cooldown on the bloodspawn proc?

I haven't used the bloodspawn set too much in pvp but I've been considering it lately. You get the extra armor and spell resist for 6 seconds correct and after that is there any cooldown on when it can proc again?

✭✭It's 6 seconds.
So that means:- Procs the extra resistance + ultimate gain for 6 seconds
- Then after that's done, the cooldown begins for 6 seconds
- Then it can proc again afterwards
